Our Provider
Roseline Udoetuk is the Founder and owner of Divine Care
Helpers, LLC. This journey commenced with a straightforward
question: How can I ensure that older individuals feel secure and
maintain their independence in their homes without experiencing
confusion or agitation from unfamiliar faces each day, and without
being restricted to the same menu week after week.
This singular thought inspired Rosie’s vision to establish a secure
environment for elderly individuals to age in their own homes. She
aimed to ensure that their lives do not revolve around merely
observing the facility & activity board to participate in group
activities such as card games or watching television. Instead,
Rosie developed personalized activities tailored specifically to
each client, rather than offering generic group activities that may
not engage the residents.
Rosie has served as the Assisted Living and Memory Care Activity Director in a Long-Term Care facility, as well as a Dementia Care Director. This experience has informed Rosie’s vision, reinforcing her belief that life can be more fulfilling than simply sitting on the porch, waiting for a loved one to visit them.
Rosie holds certification as a Dementia Practitioner from NCCDP and is also a Certified Dementia Alliance of North Carolina Support Group Facilitator. Her long-standing career accomplishments include a Master of Health Care Administration and thorough research into healthcare challenges and strategic planning to enhance quality care. This background has not only influenced Rosie’s perspective on older adult care but has also empowered her to recognize that families are not alone in this journey. Divine Care Helpers, LLC equips its staff with the skills and knowledge derived from proven care methodologies, along with continuous education to ensure our mission of improving, impacting, and making a difference is upheld with integrity and transparency in all our endeavors.
Additionally, Rosie has noted that the best setting for seniors is their own homes. She is convinced that trying to persuade seniors that a long-term facility is their home does not change the fact that they are in a completely different environment. The safest and most appropriate place for older adults is indeed their homes. We stand by this principle because aging in place is the most beneficial option for our seniors.
